• Free general admission to the museum for one year from the original date of purchase

Museums for All (MFA) families receive 75% off annual plans. MFA discounts can only be applied when purchasing a membership in person.

Museums For All is a Nationally recognized program aimed at increasing museum-access to all families regardless of their background. Those receiving benefits from SNAP, EBT, WIC, CHIP, Provider One, Apple Health, or similar are eligible for this program, earning discounted museum admission and registration to museum programs and hundreds of institutions across the United States.

Please note: MFA discounts can only be applied to annual memberships and cannot be used toward monthly payment plans.

With the Family Flex Membership, you unlock both the ACM & NWAYM Reciprocity Discounts.

The ACM Reciprocal Network is a voluntary group of ACM member museums open across the U.S. and Canada that reciprocate discounted admission to each other’s members.

With a Family FLEX Membership, you’ll receive a 50% discount on admission for up to 6 visitors at over 200 ACM participating children’s museums across the country (with a named member adult in your party).

The NWAYM Reciprocal Network is a group of NWAYM member museums in the Northwest region of the U.S.

With a Family Flex Membership, you’ll receive a 25% discount on admission for up to 4 visitors at participating Northwest Association of Youth Museums (with a named member adult in your party).

Member Events & Field Trips are for SCM Members and are an additional perk that come with every level of membership. We work hard to deliver our members unforgettable experiences both in and outside the museum.

Membership Cards are accessed through PassPlay. 

PassPlay is a Digital Membership Card available on your Apple or Android wallet or through the PassPlay app. Sign up now using the instructions below!

How to Access Your Membership Card:

Within 72 hours of purchasing a membership, the primary member will receive an email invitation. If the email is not in their inbox, check their spam folder as well.

If the PassPlay invitation hasn’t been received within (2) business days, please fill out the Membership Card form using the “Request a Membership Card” button. 

Follow these easy steps to access your Digital Membership Card. 

1. Download the PassPlay app on Google play store or the iPhone app store.

2. For iPhones: enter your membership information into the PassPlay app. For Android phones: click the link and your information; your member login information will autofill in the PassPlay app.

3. Check in at the Seattle Children’s Museum front desk by presenting your digital card from your mobile wallet or on the PassPlay app.

*A Physical Membership Card can still be requested by clicking the “Request a Membership Card” button and completing the form. 

• Memberships are not refundable and nontransferable
• Memberships can be upgraded at any time for the remainder of the membership term
• SCM Memberships are not tax deductible
• Adults and children both qualify as the named members on a membership
• Once your named members are established on your membership, they cannot be changed until your renewal date or if/when you choose to upgrade your plan
