A: As Museum Under The Moon is a family-friendly fundraiser suitable for all ages, infants are more than welcome. Following standard admission price models, infant event tickets are free.
Q: Are tickets refundable?
A: Ticket refund requests may be submitted and honored through October 6, 2023 by emailing events@nullseattlechildrensmuseum.org. If you can no longer attend the fundraiser, we encourage you to consider making your ticket purchase a donation. For tax-deductible guidelines and information on donations, you may email donations@nullseattlechildrensmuseum.org.

Q: Where is event parking located?
A: Unfortunately, there is no designated parking for Seattle Children’s Museum visitors or Museum Under The Moon attendees. Please visit our Parking & Transportation page to view suggested garages, street parking, and learn more about available public transit.
Q: With Halloween so close to the event, are costumes allowed?
A: Absolutely! Adult & child costumes are welcomed. We just ask that you keep clothing and costumes appropriate for a family setting.
Q: I unfortunately cannot attend the event, but I want to donate. How can I do that?

Q: Are single adults allowed at the event with no children?
A: Absolutely! Anyone is welcome to attend Museum Under The Moon who wants to mingle and and enjoy complimentary light bites and beverages while supporting the museum and Passport to Play.
Q: Will dietary restrictions such as gluten-free & vegan be accommodated through the fundraiser's food & beverage offerings?
