Q: Are tickets still available?

A: Museum Under The Moon is sold out and tickets are no-longer available. Walk-up sales for day-of ticket purchases will not be available.

Q: Who can I reach out to about becoming an event sponsor for a future event?

Q: Where is event parking located?

A: Unfortunately, there is no designated parking for Seattle Children’s Museum visitors or Museum Under The Moon attendees. Please visit our Parking & Transportation page to view suggested garages, street parking, and learn more about available public transit.

Q: I heard there's free Monorail trips to and from the event, how do I redeem my round trip?

A: Please check the email you registered for the event with. You should’ve received an email from us with your monorail voucher.

Q: With Halloween so close to the event, are costumes allowed?

A: Absolutely! Adult & child costumes are welcomed. We just ask that you keep clothing and costumes appropriate for a family setting.

Q: Will dietary restrictions such as gluten-free & vegan be accommodated through the fundraiser's food & beverage offerings?

A: We’re pleased to be offering complimentary light bites and beverages. We cannot guarantee that every dietary restriction will be catered to, so if you have specific restrictions, feel free to bring your own food/snacks as needed.

Q: I unfortunately cannot attend the event, but I want to donate. How can I do that?
