Unleash your inner-astronomer with SCM and the Seattle Astronomical Society as we observe the Annual Solar Eclipse on Saturday, October 14 from 9:00-11:00am.
Enjoy up-close views through various telescope attachments, or check out the shadows through other safe and crafty methods. Eclipse glasses are also available to rent for a small fee.

In case of heavy clouds or inclement weather, we will be watching NASA’s live-stream from inside the museum, learning about the science behind eclipses.
